Designs by Dawn is a full-service Kitchen and Bath Design firm focusing on high-end residential. Whether you have your own General Contractor or need us to provide one for you, we have the experience and resources to handle any renovation, remodel or new construction project.
Most of our clients somewhat know what they want, however they don’t know exactly what they want, but when they see it- they know! Our design team has the tools to create a very realistic three-dimensional model of each design.
Each client is different, each project is different our services cannot be defined by bullet points because there is SO much that we offer. Our design team is with you throughout your project from the beginning to the day you are moving in. It is exciting and rewarding for us to help our clients throughout the entire process. We not only design great homes, we make new friends on each project.
01. Preliminary Meeting
A simple preliminary meeting at your home or at our office to review the prints. No cost, no commitment! Let’s just chat about your project and determine if we are a good fit for one another!
02. Consultation Meeting
If we determine we are in fact a good fit, we will meet at our office for a consultation. After the consultation, our team will quote you a flat fee for our design time. This way you are aware of costs before making any kind of commitment!
04. Design Process
We will interview with you and present you with one, or two, or sometimes three design options on how to best design your space. Preliminary designs will be prepared to outline the design solution possibilities; presenting conceptual ideas which form the basis for our discussion and plan revision. 03. Order Management
Kitchen and Bath Design encompasses an enormous amount of moving parts, all of which are interrelated and effect the successful completion of your project. Our orders also serve as the construction documents needed by the carpenters, plumbers and electricians to follow at the rough-in stage to properly prepare your space for the installation of products!
05. Installation
Whether it is our carpenters or yours, we work well with the trades to achieve an excellent fit and finish! We help arrange delivery of all merchandise and are on site throughout the building process.
